Meet Lindsay

Lindsay Tomanelli

About Me

I’m Lindsay Tomanelli, the founder of Neathouse Creative. I work with accounting and professional services firms to design and implement CRM and marketing systems. I’ve spent the last 15+ years working in and around HubSpot and CRM platforms, partnering closely with internal teams to build systems that are practical, sustainable, and actually used day to day.

Core Values

I prioritize practical, real-world solutions over overly complex setups that don’t hold up in practice. I work as an embedded partner, not an outside vendor, with a strong focus on clean data, clear ownership, and thoughtful execution. Clarity matters — in processes, documentation, and the systems teams rely on every day.

Outside of Work

When I’m not working in HubSpot, you’ll probably find me rearranging furniture, trying new recipes, or working on new projects at home.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work with accounting and professional services firms?

Mostly yes — that’s my primary focus. I work almost exclusively with accounting, advisory, and professional services teams because their data, workflows, and reporting needs are very different from typical B2C or SaaS setups.

Do you handle both CRM and marketing in HubSpot?

Yes. Our work typically spans CRM strategy, marketing setup, and hands-on implementation. That can include pipelines, lifecycle stages, automation, reporting, campaigns, and website management — all designed to work together.

What does “embedded support” actually mean?

It means we work closely with your internal team as an extension of it — not a pass-off vendor. Learning how you operate, collaborate directly with stakeholders, and stay involved as things evolve, rather than delivering something and disappearing.

Do you offer one-time projects or ongoing support?

Both. Some clients engage me for scoped implementation or cleanup projects, while others prefer ongoing support to help manage HubSpot, refine processes, and make continuous improvements over time.

Do you build HubSpot websites too?

Yes, when it makes sense. I help teams manage and maintain HubSpot websites as part of a broader CRM and marketing system — with a focus on usability, clarity, and ongoing updates rather than one-off builds.

What does the engagement usually look like at the start?

We typically start with a conversation to understand your goals, current setup, and constraints. From there, I’ll recommend either a scoped project or a short discovery phase to make sure the work is clearly defined before moving forward.

Can you integrate HubSpot with our existing systems?

Often, yes. I’ve worked with a range of tools and data sources — including accounting, project management, and reporting platforms — and can help assess the best approach, whether that’s an integration, automation, or structured import.
